How is SiteClear different from Sitewise?
SiteClear pulls real GIS data under every score — live parcel records, county zoning layers, FEMA flood maps, measured utility distances. Sitewise uses manual inputs. Our data is live, not estimated.
What if my county is not covered?
All US addresses return flood, wetlands, slope, demographics, and a cost estimate. Full zoning + setbacks requires a county GIS connector. We're expanding rapidly with national Regrid coverage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel from your account dashboard any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans anytime from your billing page. Proration applies automatically.
What is the outparcel detection?
When you run a report on a shopping center address, SiteClear detects if the address is part of a larger parent parcel and asks you to confirm — are you analyzing the full site or a specific pad? It then adjusts the report accordingly.
