• To provide and improve SiteClear services
• To send account-related notifications and product updates (you can opt out at any time)
• To process payments securely through Square
• To generate property intelligence reports based on your searches
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate SiteClear:

• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Square — payment processing
• Google Maps — address autocomplete
• Regrid — parcel data intelligence

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. Session tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies and cannot be accessed by JavaScript.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@siteclear.co. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (sc_session) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of SiteClear after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
